Stickland Property is a family-run business founded by mother-and-daughter team, Julie and Terri, bringing together decades of professional experience, a passion for property, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Julie brings over 40 years of experience across engineering, healthcare, corporate and project management environments. Throughout her career, she has successfully led complex projects, maintained high operational standards and developed a strong focus on customer service, organisation and attention to detail. These skills form the foundation of the business and help ensure every property is managed to the highest standard.
Terri's background is in healthcare, specialising in children's mental health, where she developed a deep understanding of wellbeing, comfort and the importance of creating positive environments. Alongside her healthcare career, she has built a successful salon business specialising in Semi-Permanent Makeup (SPMU), earning a reputation for precision, professionalism and exceptional attention to detail.
Her creative flair has naturally led her into interior design, where she is developing spaces that are both stylish and functional for modern travellers.
Together, Julie and Terri combine professional expertise, creativity and a genuine passion for hospitality. Every property is carefully selected, thoughtfully designed and professionally managed to provide guests with a comfortable, welcoming and memorable stay.

How we started
Stickland Property Investment Ltd began with a shared vision between mother and daughter, Julie and Terri, to create beautiful, welcoming spaces where guests can feel truly at home.
After relocating from Manchester down to Towcester to be nearer family and combining their skills, experience and passion for property, Julie and Terri saw an opportunity to create serviced accommodation that offered more than just a place to stay.
Their goal was to provide thoughtfully designed spaces that blend comfort, practicality and style, giving guests a relaxing home away from home whether travelling for business, leisure or special occasions.
What started as a shared interest in property quickly grew into a family business built on trust, professionalism and a genuine commitment to hospitality.
Today, every property is carefully chosen, renovated and furnished with the same attention to detail and personal care that inspired the business from the very beginning.
